Yeah, right…
My no knead bread was a big disaster. But apparently I AM not the only one. Other people had had a problem with too much hydration of the dough, one of the big problems is that the recipe is given in cups, and European cups are slightly different from the US one’s. And that is enough to make the dough an unworkable blob.
Well, at least I have found a recipe with the measurements in Grams.
